Cancellation Policies

Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your tee time. For groups of 16 golfers or more, there is a 7 day cancellation notice required. There are no monetary refunds in the event of failure to show. To cancel a player or an entire tee time, the player must contact Aspotogan Ridge directly.

Raincheck Policy

A “Rain Out” is defined as an unplayable course, as determined by the Greens’ Superintendent or the General Manager. 18 hole players who have completed 5 holes or less will be issued an 18 hole rain check. 18 hole players who have completed 14 holes or less will be issued a 9 hole rain check and 9 hole players who have completed 4 holes or less will be issued a 9 hole rain check. For golfers that have played at least 13 holes, no rain check will be issued. No refunds will be given out due to rain conditions.

Dress Code, Cell Phones & Music Policy

LADIES: Tops – Tops must be tailored, fitted or seam fitted. Only sleeveless tops which are collared (regular collars, mock necks, crew necks or turtlenecks) are acceptable. T-shirts, halter tops, tube tops, and tank tops are not acceptable. Pants – denim pants of any colour are not acceptable, nor or rugby pants, sweat pants, sweat suits, cargo pants, or spandex. Shorts – spandex, carggo or denim shorts are not acceptable.

GENTLEMEN: (including Juniors) Shirts – Only collared shirts, mock turtle necks, or turtle necks are acceptable. Pants – Denim pants of any colour are not acceptable. Nor are rugby pants, sweat pants, cargo pants or sweat suits. Shorts – Shorts falling below the knee, cargo shorts, cyclin shorts or denim shorts are not acceptable.

Return Policy

Aspotogan Ridge Pro Shop offers a 30 day return / exchange policy on all items provided a receipt is submitted and the items are in resalable condition.
